COOKING!
First, get 2 cups of milk in a container, add 3 teaspoons of vinegar and let sit for 10 minutes.
Second, take 3 cups of flour, 1tsp baking soda, 1 1/2 tsp baking powder, and sift twice.
Mix, then add 1 tsp salt, 1tsp sugar, and mix bit. 2 tablespoon Milk powder (OPTIONAL), 2 tablespoon oil, then mix.
Check if milk is done, stir it a bit, then pour it in while mixing it with hand. Keep mixing it with the hand until like fluffy. Grease a pan then flour it. Pour the mixture in. Spread it evenly. Put oil or butter on top, then put oil on a knife, then cut a light line at on top of the middle. Put it in the oven at 180 degrees C (356 F) for 25-30 minutes. Check until light brown. Take the bread out.
Put some butter on it and ENJOY!
