Apple Pie!

First peel and cut maximum 4 Granny Smith apples (recommended but you can use any type of apples) into average bite size pieces. Put the apple pieces in a bowl and add lemon/lime juice so it wont turn brown while doing this next step. Start making the homemade sauce. In a pan on the stove, put in half a stick of butter and let simmer for a few seconds. Then add two tablespoons flour, then let it roast for a few minutes while keep stirring. When it becomes brown, add half a cup WARM water (cold water will make it lumpy) keep stirring and add 4 teaspoons of sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved and it looks like a nice sauce. Then add one teaspoon of cinnamon to the apples BEFORE pouring the sauce in. An optional thing to do is add applesauce for more flavor if you want. Pour in the sauce you made into the apples and mix until it is a nice filling. Then get your pan out and grease it. Then get a large bowl (depending on what kind of size pan you are using) and pour in 1 cup flour, 2 tablespoon oil,1/4 teaspoon baking POWDER, pinch of salt, quarter teaspoon sugar, a TINY bit of water when kneading the dough (you can add more of any of these as it fits). Put dough on the bottom of pan and the sides. Then, pour in filling of pie, spread evenly. Now you can do whatever you want with the top, strips, knots, or just a top with wholes, it is recommended to have some opening on the top. Pre-heat oven for 425F, when ready, bake the pie in that temperature for 15 minutes, then without opening, reduce temperature to 350F for another 40-50 minutes. When it is done, let it cool for about 30-45 minutes. After that, you have successfully baked your APPLE PIE!
